Gem Stone Music JA
How tickets, receipts, confirmations and agreements reach you after a verified payment.
Effective 31 October 2026 · Version 2.0
Gem Stone Music JA delivers everything in electronic form: tickets, receipts, booking payment confirmations, agreements and acceptance records. There is no postal delivery and no physical ticket.
Paid tickets are generated only after server-side verification of the payment. The order, payment and ticket records are stored separately from email delivery, so a failed email never creates a duplicate order, a duplicate ticket or a second charge.
A ticket shows its event, ticket category, holder and a unique code used at the gate. Codes are verified against the ticket record; a copy or screenshot is not by itself a valid ticket.
A receipt is issued for each successful ticket order and each successful booking payment. It identifies what was paid, the currency, any fees applied and the reference number.
Receipts are accounting records, not admission documents. A booking payment receipt does not confirm the booking: confirmation follows the signed agreement, cleared payment and Gem Stone’s written confirmation.
Tickets and receipts are available in your account under My Tickets, which is the authoritative record of what you hold. You can return to it at any time without needing the original email.
Keep access to the email address on your account secure, as account recovery depends on it.
If you bought a ticket without creating an account, the platform supports retrieval of your order through a guest access link, where that link can be issued for the order. The link is sent to the email address used at purchase and is personal to that purchase.
If you cannot find a guest access link, contact support with the order reference and we will help you recover access. Do not buy again simply because you cannot find the link.
Tickets carry a QR code. Gate staff scan the code, and the platform records the result: admitted, already admitted, void or invalid.
A second scan of the same ticket is reported as a duplicate and admission may be refused. Each scan is logged with the time and the staff account that performed it.
If a genuine holder is refused because a ticket was used by someone else, the matter is investigated using the scan log. Do not share a clear image of your ticket publicly.
Booking negotiations produce offers and, once agreed, a booking agreement. The agreement becomes available in the booking workspace and can be reviewed there before acceptance.
Confirmation, the agreed schedule and any approved commercial details are delivered in the workspace, and confirmation emails are sent to the addresses on the account. The workspace record prevails if an email and the workspace ever disagree.
When you accept a document, the platform records which document and version you accepted, its effective date, the time and the account involved. This applies to registration terms, Booking Client activation, the Professional Communication Policy, promoter agreements, participation agreements and checkout acceptances.
You can ask for a copy of an acceptance record relating to your own account or order by contacting support with the reference.
If an expected email does not arrive, check your spam folder and your account page first. Your ticket or receipt exists whenever a verified purchase exists, whether or not the email arrived.
We do not guarantee a specific email delivery time, because delivery depends on your provider. We can resend confirmations and provide access to the underlying record.
Do not pay again because an email failed. A duplicate payment is refundable under the Cancellation & Refund Policy, but the simplest resolution is to retrieve the existing record.
While the platform operates in sandbox mode, no live gateway is connected. Simulated orders produce simulated tickets and receipts, clearly identified as such, and they do not admit anyone to a live event. Live tickets always derive from a verified live payment.
Email support@gemstonemusicja.com with your order or booking reference, or use the support chat on the website, and we will help you access your tickets or receipt.
