How it works
Create an account
One management account can hold several talent profiles. Independent talent create one profile they control themselves.
Submit profiles for review
Gem Stone admins approve accounts, publication and verification. Being approved as a manager does not verify every talent on the roster.
Receive and negotiate enquiries
Enquiries arrive in your dashboard with budgets, asking amounts, counteroffers and messages in one place.
Confirm with a cleared deposit
Accept the current agreement, clear the initial 50% deposit and allocate the full 5% commission. Admin approval and availability checks confirm the booking, calendar and coordination access. The remaining balance is paid through Gem Stone, with no further commission.

Descriptions of booking responsibility, not ownership or exclusivity. New bookings carry 5% commission on the full agreed price, all collected from the initial 50% deposit. Processing charges are separate and itemised.

Book with confidence
Keep your booking messages, agreements and payments together, with verified profiles and support from Gem Stone when needed. Gem Stone collects booking payments, takes a 5% commission on the full agreed price from the initial 50% deposit, and charges processing fees separately and itemised.
Coordination contacts are released once both parties have accepted the current agreement, the deposit has cleared, the commission is allocated, Gem Stone has approved the booking and the date is confirmed.
